JZJ2B series roots water/liquid-ring vacuum pump unit is an air extracting unit consisting of main shaft pump and backing pump. It can be used to extract common gas as well as other containing water, organic solvent and a small amount of dust. It is resistant to oil pollution, moisture and tiny dust compared to common mechanical vacuum pumps, it has fast pumping speed under operating conditions with high ultimate vacuum degree and relatively high vacuum degree. It is a kind of ideal vacuum air extracting equipment for drying, dewatering and vacuum degassing in such industries as light textile, food, chemical engineering and pharmacy.
Backing pump operating liquid of roots water-ring vacuum unit mostly adopts water, and organic solvent(methanol, ethanol, xylene and acetone etc) or other liquid can be used as operating liquid as well. Adopting backing pump as closed-circuit circulation system can greatly reduce environmental pollution and increase recycling rate of organic solvent. Its ultimate vacuum degree depends on saturated vapor pressure of operating liquid.
Precautions for Roots unit model selection:
1.Learn about composition of extracted gas, whether containing condensable vapor, dust particles,being corrosive or not.
2.Operating pressure of roots vacuum unit must meet the requirements of ultimate vacuum operating pressure of vacuum equipments.
3.Normally choose operating points of roots vacuum unit. It's normal operating range is max.suction pressure----ultimate pressure×5.
4.Vacuum unit can exhaust all gas quantity generated by vacuum equipments during technological process.
5.Choose appropriate unit configuration according to actual operating conditions.
